ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY – Today, Congresswoman Laura Gillen announced her campaign raised over $1.3 million in the first quarter of 2026. The campaign will report over $3 million in cash on hand for her reelection campaign, which brings Congresswoman Gillen’s fundraising to $4.2 million for the 2026 cycle.

“I could not be prouder of the broad coalition of supporters we have built who believe in this campaign’s mission to deliver for Nassau County and take back the House majority,” said Gillen. “As a top target for national Republicans, it is vital we have the resources to push back against their dark money and misinformation. I’m grateful for every dollar we have raised and every conversation or call made on behalf of this campaign. We won’t stop until we win in November.”

This fundraising haul follows resounding support for Gillen’s campaign from House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries, House Democratic Whip Katherine Clark, House Democratic Caucus Chairman Pete Aguilar, Representative Gregory Meeks and the Congressional Black Caucus PAC. Gillen also received endorsements from a coalition of Hempstead Village leaders, including Mayor Waylyn Hobbs, Jr., Deputy Mayor Jeffery Daniels, Trustee Tanya Carter and Trustee William Whitaker, and local unions, including SEIU 32BJ, SMART Local 28 and IBEW Local 3.
